Totally agree on the keep-it-small philosophy. I just think sometimes you have dreams that require more people on board. You can do a lot with a few, though, especially in software. Craigslist: 23 people.

Funny enough, I’m the one that started the thread over at TorCamp, and I truly belive that in building my company I would be happy with 5 to 8 people full time, with getting people to drop into projects when we need certain skillsets that we don’t house within our full time staff.
